The Momsclubs.org club website service helps you make your own moms club website in minutes. No programming or design skills are necessary, all you need to know is information about your club. The result is a great looking and well organized website. Everything you need is included - hosting, templates, domain name, a content editor and much more.
To show your club's identity you can choose a domain name as a subdomain of momsclubs.org. No name registration is required.
Blogging for Everyone
Club administrators can give user accounts to all their members - and this gives each member the ability to blog. Blogging is writing about what you know. Each blog goes into a collection of Moms blogs that become shared among all the Momsclubs.org sites. One of the great things about a club of moms is the collective wisdom and experience. The blogging tool helps you share that wisdom, not only within your club, but throughout all moms clubs. Members can even post comments to your blog, even if they're posting it from their site. The blogging community publications are called Moms Talk.
 Club Pages
Each site includes 'About Us' and 'Contact Us' pages, both with clear forms to help you populate them. You can optionally include 'Join Us', 'Activities', 'Projects', 'Location' and 'Meetings' - also with each having a simple form to put the page together. 'Activities' and 'Meetings' have a calendar making function, and the 'Projects' page can include those projects from your members-only project list. The menu on every page contains links to all your public web pages. It's always there, looks great, and takes care of itself.
Club Admin Tools
Many modern websites are often more than meets the eye, and your Momsclubs.org site is no exception. When logged into your site, as an administrator, you can keep track of members, meetings, projects, and announcements. Post a meeting for your members to see (when they're logged in), broadcast the meeting details to every member with one click. Later, record minutes and attendance of that meeting.
Keep track of members past and present, including their contact information and biographies.
Track club projects, past present and future. Keep a journal of every project's milestones.
Post memos and announcements to the site (visible to members) and email the announcements with the click of a button.
It is a paperless, portable, easy and elaborate club management system. Not only can you track the day-to-day activities of your club, but you would be building a recorded history of your club's activities and members. |

Themes
Themes are all about style. A set of themes have been created to look distinctly 'Moms Club' and you can choose one of them to represent your site. In fact you can change your mind as often as you like. Simply go into setup (club administrators) and pick a new one. There are currently five to choose from, and more to come.
None of these themes are used for any project offered by Mindstream Media other than the Momsclubs.org service, so consider them yours.
Editor
Once your website is up and running, there will always be changes to make. Making them is as easy as being a club administrator, logging in, going to the page you want to change and clicking the edit button. If the page is hidden you can get to it through the member menu visible on every page when you're logged in. There is a help system that explains all the procedures available to you. Because the editor is part of the site, you don't need special software to use it. Just login from any computer on the Internet. |

The Bottom Line
 The cost for each club website is $39 USD per year. This includes the whole service, nothing more and absolutely nothing less. You don't need to decide right away - setup the site and be impressed for 30 days, then you will receive an email reminder that the free trial is expiring and a link to pay for the first year through PayPal. If you need longer to decide, the site will still be there but only club administrators can get into it. Everyone else will only see the login screen.
